A tactician may choose Skill Focus or any teamwork feat, in addition to Combat Feats, as bonus feats.
Coordinated Strike (Su)
The tactician is able to direct his allies to coordinating their attacks upon a single target to devastating effect. As a full-round action, the tactician can declare one target within his line of sight as the primary foe. Allies of the tactician, including the tactician himself gain a +1 insight bonus to attacks against the primary foe for a number of rounds equal to the tactician’s intelligence modifier (minimum 1).
At third level the tactician may call a coordinated strike as a standard action for a +1 bonus, or as a full-round action for a +2 bonus.
At fifth level the tactician may call a coordinated strike as a swift action action for a +1 bonus, or a standard action for a +2 bonus, or a full-round action for a +3 bonus.
Tactical Awareness (Ex)
At 2nd level, a tactician gains a +1 bonus on initiative checks. This bonus increases by +1 for every three levels after 2nd level
Battlefield Presence (Ex)
At 3rd level, a tactician can direct her allies in battle, granting each ally within 30 feet one teamwork feat she possesses as a bonus feat as a standard action. All allies must receive the same feat, but do not need to meet the prerequisites of this bonus feat. This ability does not function if the tactician is flat-footed or unconscious. Allies must be able to see and hear the tactician in order to gain this benefit. Changing the bonus feat granted is a swift action.
